Boot Camp: A full body intense workout combining calisthenics and abdominal work in a 30 minute class.
Butt, Gut & Legs: Intense lower body conditioning in 30 minutes.
Cardio Kickbox: A fun and heart pumping workout using basic martial arts moves. This class focuses on burning fat and sculpting specific muscle groups through low impact, high intensity exercises.
Cardio Kickbox Combo: Cardio kickbox with a twist! This class may or may not utilize the rebounders, steps or balls to diversify your kickboxing workout. Always something NEW and FUN!
Contact Kickbox: Similar to the cardio kickboxing class, utilizing a heavy bag. Gloves required. Try this fun class to burn calories and release aggression!
Full Body Circuit: Learn while you burn! This 45 minute circuit training class will teach you how to correctly use the weight machines, alternating with cardio exercises.
Intense Express Cycle: This 30 minute cycle class is quick but intense.
Mixed Martial Arts: This men’s class combines boxing, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and grappling styles of fighting. Learn and practice moves, take-downs, get a cardio workout, and more. Equipment required (gloves, wraps, mouthpiece, and leg guards).

Monthly Fit Focus: Takes place the first Saturday of every month. These specialty classes will be taught by a guest instructor and focus on a different fitness trend in each class, such as Functional Training, Boot Camp, Strip Tease, and more.
Monthly Cycle Challenge: Takes place the first Sunday of every month. This extended hour and a half long trek will focus on a different cycle trend in each class such as Mind/Body Cycle, Strength Cycle, and more. Sign-up at the front desk prior to class.
Power Cycle: Cycle class set to music with varied intensity of resistance and speed. A great way to get motivated. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Water bottle is recommended.
Power Sculpt: A full body sculpting class focusing on individual muscle groups using optional hand weights, bands and body bars.
Yoga Pilates: A diversified mix of Hatha-Yoga, Mat Pilates and dynamic stretching. Promote flexibility, develop strength, tone your abs, and find inner peace in a warm, relaxed atmosphere of candles and enjoyable music.
Cut to the Core: Intense 15 minute workout of core area (abdominals lower back and hips).
Yoga Sculpt: A diversified toning and stretching class. This class will keep your body and mind centered through basic Pilates, yoga, stretching techniques and weight-bearing exercises. These classes include 10-15 minutes of core/abdominal work.
Kick Combo: Kickboxing and abs combo.
Defense: Self defense class utilizing basic self defense techniques.
