Danny is our resident “Renaissance Man” within Synergy. Danny specializes in sports specific training that provides results if you are training to take a tenth of a second off of your forty time or fitting into a dress that will take your husband’s breath away.

Keith is that rare breed of trainer that has developed his craft into an art form. He will take the raw materials of weight, listlessness and poor muscle tone and turn them into a work of art that will be you. If you can imagine a flat stomach, toned legs and energy to burn, Keith is your man.
